JOB ESCRIPTION
Program Management : Coordinate and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective resolution of technical challenges.

Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration among cross-functional teams, promoting knowledge sharing and ensuring alignment of technical initiatives with organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
These are Preferred Qualifications
Five years of relevant work experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies are a must.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently
and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
