JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 developers or more, fostering effective communication, collaboration, and high-performance dynamics.
Strategize, execute, and closely monitor software development projects, ensuring meticulous adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget.
Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including Business Analysis, Product Management, Devops, Design, and Quality Assurance, to meticulously define project requisites and deliverables.
Exhibit flexibility in adopting various methodologies such as waterfall, agile, or scrum to oversee project execution, conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Proactively identify and address project risks, steering the team towards effective resolution strategies.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, championing best practices in cloud development, microservices architecture, and SaaS solutions.
Ensure the implementation of coding standards, testing protocols, and deployment processes, underpinning superior software quality.
Encourage a collaborative atmosphere characterized by accountability and ownership within the development team.
Monitor key project metrics, furnishing stakeholders with regular updates on project status, potential risks, and growth opportunities.
Maintain transparent communication with clients or internal stakeholders, adeptly managing expectations, gathering crucial feedback, and effectively handling technical situations.
Remain current with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing and microservices.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development.
Experience leading and managing a team of developers.

Technical skill

Familiarity with microservices, serverless, and cloud-native architecture.
Strong understanding of coding standards and Domain Driven Design principles.
Experience in system design, especially with a focus on Service Mesh.
Familiarity with Cloud Security and API Security practices.
Competence in database modeling and optimization.
Ability to craft APIs that draw from diverse data sources.
Experience in designing multi-tenant microservices systems.
Understanding of containerization, service mesh, service discovery, and multi-cloud systems.
Proficiency in tools like Ansible, Terraform, and the HashiCorp Stack.
Knowledge of deployment strategies like Blue/Green Deployment.
Competence in both front-end and back-end development.
Ability to optimize system performance.
Familiarity with ReactJS, Typescript, React Redux, GraphQL, Redux saga.
