Technical Manager

1. Development and Maintenance
   • Develop and deploy new systems
   • Maintain existing system and develop new functions as required
   • Discuss with project team to analyze and understand requirements of the products
2. Documentation and Communication
   • Assist prepare the proposal on business enhancement as well as potential product development
   • Assist Prepare and manage the technical documents
3. Others
   • Support the estimation of new projects
   • Approach and research new technologies to apply to the company's projects
   • Collaborate with project leaders and other stakeholders to get projects done on time with high quality
   • Report to Manager issues related to projects, work of team and the company

1. Experience:
   • Graduated from college/university majoring in IT or related majors
   • More than 10 year experience in equivalent positions
   • Experienced in writing technical documents, workflows
2. Language:
   • Good English skills (reading, writing)
3. Skill:
   • 8+ years of work experience on Backend systems or Java applications to serve large-scale and high traffic projects.
   • Experience in Java developing language and Java Spring-Framework or C#
   • Experience in constructing & operating storage in Large Data Distributed
   • Deep knowledge and experience in applying Design Patterns
   • Understanding & experience in Data structure, Algorithm, Distributed Service
   • Experience with RESTful, GIT
   • Knowledge in System Architecture and MSA
   • Knowledge in Data Structure
   • Proficient in Optimization and System Analyzer
4. Acknowledgments:
   • Experience in the following areas is an advantage: DEVOPS, CI/CD, Docker.
