Mô tả công việc

Work directly with customers to clarify requirements, make a project plan and manage project progress
Manage project activities for multiple projects and requests across all management phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
Ensure software development standards and practices are followed. Identify and resolve risks, issues, and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle
Discuss with Vietnamese team & negotiate with other teams about the project progress to give the best quality service and follow the deadline.
Lead and motivate the development team, supervise and evaluate team members, provide them with valid and constructive feedback, supportive and professional mentoring;
Lead the Project team in design methods and principles, adopting a standard for issue and risk management as well as the management of the product backlog and inventor.

Yêu cầu

Must have
Strong communication in English
At least 3 years in Project Management/ Team Management
Experience with at least one of the programming languages/frameworks such as React Native/NodeJS/.Net
Having technical background as Software Developer/Engineer
Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology, processes, and practices
Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution and management skills
Strong knowledge of project management practices: budgeting (estimation), planning, monitoring and control, quality management and communication.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
The ability to lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team
Nice to have:
Strong knowledge of various software development practices such as Agile, XP, LEAN and DevOps. Jira/Confluence experience is preferred.
International education and/or experience working abroad is considered a strong asset (as most of our customers are based outside of Vietnam).
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, CSP, PSM II) is an advantage
Well-organized, capable of performing multiple tasks, able to work under high pressure
Be happy to coach, mentor and train less senior colleagues.
