Renesas is looking for pro-active and results-oriented
Technical Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

based out of our office in Ilz, Austria

To further strengthen our Position Sensing Team we are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to develop the Industrial and Automotive market potential of our inductive Sensing products.

Responsibilities:

Drive business development activities to further expand the product line footprint
First technical assessment of the potential of our technology
Outline and execute on regional go-to-market strategy to ensure the best promotion and positioning in the marketplace, drive revenue growth and increase profitability
Manage funnel qualifying and quantifying the business case, risks and support effort
Plan, create, manage and win design opportunities and follow closely on the design-in progress and business ramp
Intensively team up and build trusted relationships with regional Sales, FAEs and Application engineer to best support out business
Sell the value of our technology throughout the entire value chain from Tiers to OEMs, while influencing the ODMs in parallel
Evangelize the value proposition of our technology with regional distributors through regional product management
Influence profit/loss of the product portfolio
Analyze the market to gain an extensive understanding of the regional business environment and competition and provide feedback to the Product Marketing team.
Contribute to the global product launch and roll out the regional promotion.
Represent the Product Line to internal and external partners as well as during exhibitions and customer meetings
Provide portfolio input and market intelligence back to the responsible Product Marketing managers in a regular manner

Requirements:

A university degree in electronic/electrical engineering
Strong understanding of ICs and systems in automotive and industrial markets
Experience in position sensing as strong plus
5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, sales, business development with a strong emphasis on go-to-market execution, winning projects and driving revenue
Strong team player with high energy level and international networking skills
Willingness to travel as needed
Fluent English
Good communication and technical reporting skills, both written and oral
High level of self-motivation and drive
Excellent team player and independent worker
