RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage major projects (e-commerce, content management, etc.)
• Control and ensure quality of project developments and deliverables
• Liaise between customer and technical teams
• Facilitate technical specifications for development teams
• Modelize the functional needs expressed by the client
• Advise clients on their web and e-commerce issues
• Participate in pre-sales activities
• Monitoring and developing customer relationship

QUALIFICATIONS

• Having a good understanding of an e-commerce project issues (ideally on solutions such as Magento 2, SAP Cloud Commerce hybris ccv2, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Oracle Commerce, Proximis or Framework/ Specific Developments) or with an omni-channel dimension
• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Excellent leadership abilities
• Ability to problem-solve under pressure
• Knowing the good practices of the Web (Opquast) is a plus
• Good English communication skills
