Mô tả công việc

PowerGate Group is looking for talent at Solution Architect Strong EN position to fulfill our missions together, which are:
● Building the TOP SOFTWARE PRODUCT STUDIO in Southeast Asia for Global market with 1000 people (in 5 years)
● BRINGING INNOVATIVE IDEAS TO LIFE through building great software products together with our clients and partners.
As a Solution Architect Strong EN, you will:
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget to customer's satisfaction.
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvemen

Yêu cầu

● Excellent English (IELTS 6.5 or higher with Speaking and Listening skills >=6.0)
● Have at least 2 years of software project management experience and 4 years of experience in software engineering
● Proven leadership skills, ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, a consistent track record of Project, and an obsession about the customer experience
● A flexible nature, good sense of humor, the ability to establish strong working relationships, and enjoy being part of a team of like-minded individuals
● Detail-orientation, with strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure in a changing environment, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
