Mô tả công việc
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Consultant.
This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and sales acumen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical proposal, managing
projects, and driving sales initiatives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Advanced Technical Sales Support:
• Collaborate closely with the regional team and a group of equipment vendors to develop a comprehensive technical proposal that fully meets customer demands within the ecosystem.
• Continuously update the KUKA robot application to align with the current demands of the Vietnam market.
• Assist in the development of technical proposals, responding to RFPs/RFQs, and ensuring technical accuracy in all sales documentation.
• Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend solutions that meet their needs.
• Collaborate with technical service team to provide prompt troubleshooting support for customers, both online and on-site.
Sales:
• Drive marketing activities, sales efforts, and product consultations to effectively reach and engage target customers
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients to close deals.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on sales performance to management.
Project Management:
• Oversee small and medium robot automation projects from initial feasibility studies through to the complete handover of the entire package to the customer.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.

Yêu cầu
Position Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechatronic/ Automation/ Machinery) or equivalent.
• Preferably at least 3 year(s) of working experience specialising in automation engineering or in the related field is required for this position.
• A pro-active and resourceful individual with excellent negotiation, communication and motivation skills
• Ability to communicate concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.
• Willingness to travel to sites if required.
• Have good sense of time management and strong customer focus
