Technical Sales Engineer (Biomerieux Instruments)

Training and Study:
- Participate in training courses of suppliers on products and internal training
- Read and study the product yourself to understand the working principle, application scope of the equipment and configuration
- Contact colleagues or partnership suppliers to learn more products if needed
Planning:
- Based on the application range of the device, identify the potential customers, searching existing customers in the company database, or new search via social networks / the internet. Survey the market, approach to introduce products, listen to customer feedback, summarize the information collected about the needs of customers / markets.
- Plan to visit, demo at customer side
- Report to manager to come up with solutions and next strategy
Doing:
- Create quotes for customers, follow up and update information later
- Create business opportunities, follow up, negotiate contracts, transfer contracts to related departments for fulfillment, order and track the progress of goods to delivery, payment and customer care.
- Reviewing and updating sales forecast and monitoring customers' product situation on time.
- Coordinate with colleagues to complete assigned tasks
- Taking immediate action once the problems or difficulties that might affect sales performance occur.
- Reporting all parties concerned once the problems or complaints were found
- Report on assigned tasks to manager weekly and monthly.
