This role will concentrate on utilizing technical expertise to support sales efforts, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of engineering principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. They will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and developing customized solutions to meet customer needs.
Develop new account:
• Create and presents detailed, technical sales presentations for customers
• Provide engineering support to customers and make recommendations of company product selection and applications for products.
• Seek opportunity to open new market with potential customer who might benefit from company products or services.
• Meet with customers on-site to review specifications and requirements, discuss the company's proposal.
• Work with product specialist to provide the best deal of company's proposal.
Nurture existing customer:
• Develop long-term relationships with new customers.
• Retain and strengthen customer relationships and increase customer satisfaction level.
• Achieve superior technical competence with all aspects of company products and services including specifying products to meet both customer's requirements and specification.
• Maintains contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Responsible for the performance and development of product sales
Support in new product development and continuation activities:
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Support for overseas suppliers/ manufacturers in market research, arrange customer visit with suppliers/ manufacturers
Be responsible for some clients (manufacturer):
• Collaborate with clients to understand product specifications and improvements.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Monitor market trends and competitor products to provide insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales objectives and support business growth
Attain monthly, quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management:
• Provide monthly report to present sales activates and individual performance to management.
• Provides sales forecasts for own responsible area to management.
• Visit customers regularly to achieve monthly sales target and when customer need help/ support regarding after sales service.
• Increase customer base and market share by keeping updated with current market information, changing trends and economic indicators.
Yêu cầu
• Basis understanding of foreign trade regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• B2B and B2C
• Willing to travel domestic and international
• Selling skill (experience in laboratory instruments/ QA - QC department in Chemical/ Cosmetics fields), negotiation skill, interpersonal skill, presentation skill.
• Good Command in English oral & written.
• Diploma/ Degree in sales/ chemical/ biology/ physical or relevant field.
• Minimum 02 years of experience Sales/ customer service sales/ retailed sales in related industries.
