Summary of the Position:
This position is responsible to manage distributors/end-user relationships, as well as the preservation and expansion of our customer base by understanding their needs and recommending products that maximize value. He/she should be able to recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. He/she needs to provide technical support and HPMT product application to distributors/ end-users and communicate closely with cross-department colleagues. The candidate should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong communication skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Support existing Distributors to grow business through cross-sales to existing end-users and develop new end-users to achieve sales targets.
2. Establish and develop new Distributors to generate new business opportunities for better market coverage.
3. Translate presentations, proposals and various sales tools to local language and provide effective product training to Distributors and end-users.
4. Analyse potential and existing markets in order to identify opportunities.
5. Works closely with R&D, PMI and Marketing team to conduct local market research, and analyze industry and technology trends to develop solutions that meet market needs.
6. Pay visits to end-users frequently to witness product testing and collect application information.
7. Understanding end-users tools consumption and creating a forecast for HQ to be able to supply in terms of capacity and stock to ensure supply continuity
8. Visit end-users when there are technical issues to collect information and cooperate with HQ to solve the issue for the end-users

Competencies and Skills required:
1. Aptitude for solving engineering issues.
2. Good interpersonal and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong project management skills by using tools for tracking such as Asana and able to track all project [protected info]
4. Strong collaboration skills, to foster collaboration across all levels of the organization and with customers/ end-users.
5. Must be able to write, speak and understand both English and Vietnamese.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of similar experience in the Manufacturing Environment.
3. Prior technical sales experience in cutting tools, metal cutting or technical product sales would be an added advantage.
