Mô tả công việc
This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing customers towards achieving the business targets and objectives for local market.
Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Responsible for sales projects in the region of local market
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to analyse the viability of alternative business development opportunities
• Ability to execute highly complex or specialised projects, adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions
• Pursue sales leads, visit existing and new customers, assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
• Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets
• Develop and maintain strategic business relationship with customers and business/channel partners to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships, enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention
• Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met

Yêu cầu công việc
• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience; preferably in structural steel, building material products or construction industry
• Strong in Sales Professional, Sales Process and thorough understand of local markets;
• Strong networking in structural steel or construction industry and connection with Architects / Engineers & Consultants.
• Having basic technical knowledge on steel building design, codes and requirements.
• Prior experience at representing an organization and solid presentation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills both English & Vietnamese
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Project.
Key Performance Measure of Success:
• Incremental revenues/ achievements of targets
• Number of sales leads/projects
• Communication messaging effectiveness with proposal, engineering and fulfillment teams
• Customers and Business/Channel Partners' satisfaction
+ Working location: HCM City
+ Working time: From Monday-Friday
+ Salary: From 30mil VND (negotiable) + Benefits
• At least 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience; preferably in structural steel, building material products or construction industry
• Strong in Sales Professional, Sales Process and thorough understand of local markets;
• Strong networking in structural steel or construction industry and connection with Architects / Engineers & Consultants.
