Mô tả công việc
** PURPOSE
• Manage activities/requests from customers related to new product info/trial/qualify
product on the line/complaint/forecast/stock checking for B&B segment to ensure
AkzoNobel team to provide right products and services to those key accounts.
• Responsible to protect current business and growth 10% YOY by support Sales
Manager to win New Project/Tenders every-year and doing Market Survey
• Be the focal point for product and application knowledge, strong corporation with CTS
team to prevent the complaint/claim which lead to business loss
• Control Forecast/Demand Plan/Slob/Order/DSO/stock checking together with CTS
• Provide a high technical service level by know how to work as a CTS person
** RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be able to work as an independent CTS with Commercial mindset
• Be able to plan/mapping all the requests from customers to ensure AkzoNobel provide
right/robustness products to right customers.
• Provide strong spirit of Corporation with CTS by answering questions and solving
problems to customers
• Be able to Act upon complaints and provide solution to make customer happy
• Maintain and update knowledge on product, application and risks and analyze
developments. Align and cooperate with CTS, RD&I, S-Lab, QA and Production
• Be able to collect Market Size/Market share in B&B Market to support Sales Manager to
do Business Plan.
• Be able to work with other functions in order to focus on customers
• To know competitors' movements.
• Contribute to the Launch plan activities (product data sheet, product selection charts,
trouble shootings aids etc.)
• Advise customers on health, safety and environmental aspects related to transportation,
handling, storage and use of products
• Deliver training to customers on the use and application of the products and equipment
• Be able to prevent claim and high stock cost
• Sales Forecast/Demand Plan/Slob control
