Job Responsibilities
1. Market Analysis and Development
Conduct in-depth market research in Vietnam, analyze competitors, and develop and execute
market promotion plans and goals.
Establish and maintain partnerships with distributors, food producers, and other relevant
stakeholders in the Vietnam region.
Participate in local exhibitions and business conferences to develop potential clients on behalf
of the company.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Arrange and visit potential and key local customers to achieve sales targets and expand the
company's market share.
Establish a complete customer relationship management system, track customer information,
and conduct regular follow-ups.
3. Sample Testing and Follow-up
Promote product sample testing, maintain continuous communication with customers, track
progress, and resolve issues.
Arrange video conferences between customers and the Shanghai team to discuss potential
cooperation and sample testing matters.
Yêu cầu
Fluent in English or Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
3-5 years of sales experience in the food additives industry, with a strong preference for
candidates with experience in food hydrocolloids, flavorings, or sweeteners.
Results-oriented and willing to travel extensively to visit clients across Vietnam.
Excellent business negotiation, contract negotiation and signing, and customer relationship
management skills.
Familiar with Vietnamese food regulations, local market characteristics, and consumer
preferences.
