Leading overall Technical support for production line running smoothly, in charge Process and Maintenance
Key Responsibilities | Trách nhiệm chính
Process role:
Define and develop process flow for new product including define and maintain routing and manufacturing bill of material BOM
Create process and manufacturing documents: production drawing, Jig, instruct and monitoring Manufacturing Instruction status and MI release.
Create program/parameter for each process/machine
Conduct and implement process feasibility test equipment test, material test, method test.
Define and evaluate related equipment, device, jig, tool, transfer tool, process requirements for each process. Making related specification in case new process requests.
Checking/evaluate all material process requirements (include packaging) for each process. Making up requirement in case new process requests.
Checking/evaluate environment requirement for each process. Making up requirements in case new process requests.
Follow Sample production, trial run and take lead of technical activities. Conduct process capability study.
Continuous improvement process to increase efficiency and BOM cost optimization
Involve to quality problems solving analysis to improve process
Training related staff as a teacher regarding new product process.
Implement LEAN on manufacturing
Maintenance role:
Manage machine, tool jig and equipment running smoothly
Troubleshooting machine, tool jig and equipment to support line running smoothly
Make maintenance plan and implement
Spare part management
Involve to quality problems solving analysis to improve
Continuous improvement machine, tool jig to support increase efficiency and quality
Yêu cầu
5+ years factory and Production engineering and Maintenance management experience
Background in Modular construction or Interior construction manufacturing is plus
Proven experience managing multi-line or multi-product manufacturing
Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
Vietnamese language required; English working proficiency preferred
Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
