Mô tả công việc

1. JOB PURPOSE
- Consult clients on technical expertise of husbandry, veterinary to support Commercial Department for increasing sales volume.
2. DUTIES:
- Provide customers with technical advices about livestock or aquaculture farming, veterinary, animal or aquaculture nutrition
- Consult customers to use our feed products
- Support sales team to develop market share
- Organize seminars for technology transfer to farms
- Promote products and company image to customers
- Supervise the working of the employees
3. WORKING PROCESS
- The process of taking samples of specimen & animal or aquaculture feed.
- The process of using drugs, veterinary product, water treatment, vaccines.
- The process of incoming & outgoing of veterinary instruments and livestock or aquaculture documents.
- The process of workshop/seminar organization
4. RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY
- Provide timely support to meet customer requirements
- Receive, response and timely report customer feedback relating to products (packaging, design, product quality) to the sales department and technical manager
- Ensure to make and send report as requested
- Ensure to provide full and correct content according company's request at customer seminars

Yêu cầu

8. REQUIREMENTS
8.1. Physical: level 1 or 2 according to standard of Ministry of Public Health
8.2. Knowledge:
o Qualification: Bachelor in livestock or aquaculture industry, veterinary
o Language: Communication English
o Computing: Microsoft office
Experience: 2 years in the livestock technical position
Skill: Communication skill, analyzing skill, presentation skill, veterinary treatment skill
Attitude: Positive, listening, sharing, enthusiastic, honest
