Technical Support Engineer

Skedulo is hiring a Technical Support Specialist in our Vietnam office, working in Vietnam timezone, that will work closely with our Engineering, Product, DevOps and Customer Success Teams globally.

Responsibilities

• Providing first-level contact and problem resolution for customers with Salesforce and application problems.
• Demonstrate efficient work practices to ensure objectives and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Assisting in the troubleshooting of software issues.
• Working on various application customisation projects using Javascript and Salesforce development techniques. Ideally the ability to debug and troubleshoot problems in Salesforce code.
• Resolution of issues for clients, provide liaison between clients, customer success team and engineering.
• Opportunities to work on core product development, integration development and customer success development projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3+ years previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist in a complex environment, OR at least 3+ years experience in must-have skills for the role requirement include Troubleshooting & Problem Solving, Communication and Collaboration.
• Possess strong written and spoken English.
• A strong teamwork ethic is essential.

• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Administration and a solid understanding of Salesforce Development.
• A proven ability to learn new products, develop technical knowledge and apply new skills in a high paced environment.
• Ability to multi-tasks between different support channels and issues.

• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and ability to quickly adapt.
• Working knowledge of the Atlassian, JIRA, Confluence, Amplitude, Datadog and Zendesk.
