Technical Team Leader - Outdoor Furniture

Job Summary:
The Technical Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the Technical Team, developing technical drawings, supporting product costing activities, and ensuring product feasibility, quality, and cost competitiveness. This role works closely with related departments and factories to support product development, quotation preparation, and production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Technical Team, including task assignment, progress tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Develop, review, and approve technical drawings for outdoor furniture products.
• Support product costing activities, including BOM review, material consumption calculation, manufacturing cost analysis, and quotation support.
• Work closely with factories to verify dimensions, product construction, manufacturing feasibility, and resolve technical issues during sampling and production.
• Collaborate with Design, Sales, Merchandising, and QC teams throughout product development and production processes.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members.
• Evaluate product construction, materials, and manufacturing processes to improve product quality and optimize costs.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet technical, quality, and costing requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress, technical issues, and team performance.
