Job Purpose
The C&B Supervisor is responsible for managing and continuously improving the company's C&B operations, payroll administration, HRIS, employee data management, statutory compliance, and HR operational processes. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant HR services while supporting organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
A. Compensation & Benefits Management (50%)
• Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure 100% payroll accuracy and timely payment.
• Administer employee compensation, allowances, incentives, overtime, bonuses, and annual salary review.
• Develop and review compensation structures, salary ranges, and grading systems.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
• Manage employee benefits programs including: SHUI, PIT, 24/24 insurance, Employee welfare programs
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law and company policies.
• Oversee employee lifecycle administration: Onboarding, Employment contracts, Contract renewal, Promotion, Transfer, Resignation, Termination
• Ensure all HR documentation is accurate and complete.
• Maintain employee personnel files.
• Standardize HR operational processes and SOPs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for HR administration.
B. Payroll & HRIS Management (20%)
• Manage payroll systems and HRIS.
• Ensure employee master data accuracy.
• Coordinate attendance and leave management.
• Review payroll reports before payment.
• Manage HR system upgrades and automation projects.
• Improve HR digitalization initiatives.
C. Compliance & Audit (20%)
• Ensure compliance with: Vietnam Labor Code, Social Insurance regulations, PIT regulations, Internal policies
• Support internal and external audits such as SMETA, GRS, FSC, CTPAT....
• Manage labor inspections.
• Prepare reports required by government authorities.
D. HR Reporting & Analytics (5%)
• Prepare and analyze HR reports including Headcount, Turnover, Payroll cost, Overtime cost, Labor cost, Benefit utilization
• HR KPIs
• Budget variance
• Provide recommendations to management.
E. Team Leadership (5%)
• Lead and coach the HR Operations/C&B team.
• Set KPIs and monitor performance.
• Develop team capabilities.
• Promote continuous improvement of culture.
Yêu cầu
• 7-10 years in HR Operations / C&B.
• Minimum 3 years in managerial role.
• Experience in manufacturing or multinational companies preferred.
• Strong payroll management experience.
• Experience with HRIS implementation is an advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: Vietnam Labor Law, SHUI, PIT, Payroll administration, Salary benchmarking HRIS, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Power BI (preferred), ERP/HRIS systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, Odoo, etc.), Power BI (preferred), ERP/HRIS systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, Odoo, etc.)
