Mô tả công việc

UNIT Technical Corp is looking for a Technical Trainer who will assist our HR team in training our employees.
• Understand the process of design software product, get knowledge about business, and know the purpose of products.
• The process is designed & built from the beginning, understanding the expertise in each area.
• UNIT specializes in making solutions and products related to: Banking, Insurance, Finance, Construction.
• Working on the latest technology platform.
Responsibilities:
• Implement technical training programs.
• Help employees enhance their technical skills.
• Help shape the current strategy of the existing training programs.
• Collect information related to work procedures, workflow, and reports.
• Design technical training programs according to the needs of our business
• Track the progress of employees, evaluate the performance of employees and give feedback.
• Design effective professional training material.
• Conduct weekly training sessions.
• Maintain and update training data regularly
• Collect feedback from trainees and department heads about technical training sessions.
• Maintain a healthy training environment in compliance with organization standards and legal regulations.
• Stay up to date on the latest technical knowledge through publications and workshops.

Yêu cầu

• BS or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 4 years of work experience as a Technical Trainer in Software development industry.
• Professional Technical Training Certification such as CTT is preferred.
• Familiar with the latest training techniques and procedures.
• Working knowledge in designing technical workshops and training programs.
• Ability to maintain technical support efficiently and effectively.
• Proficient in Database software and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Must have excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Work time: 8:30 - 17:30, Monday - Friday (occasional Saturday morning).
