The position holder is responsible for the below main tasks:
1. Plan, develop and provide training for staff development programs through demonstrations and workshops.
2. Develop and formulate training policies, testing and evaluation procedures.
3. Review and evaluate training curriculum and training system schematics to support service training and skills development.
4. Coordinate and liaise with CAT relating to training and development and other external sources such as local schools, universities and training professionals to keep abreast with developments and training procedures.
5. Coordinate recruitment and placements of training programs for technical and onthe-job training and new hire for apprenticeship programs.
6. Mentor technical training instructors in teaching techniques and skills for training delivery and classroom management.
7. Evaluate training instructors' performance and training programs effectiveness and providing recommendations for improvement.
8. Prepares, review and manage training budget for the department.
9. Coordinate with all BU's to develop specific training program for each technician and pursue the implementation.
10. Proactively cooperate with all the BU's to promote the training sales to external customers
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Technical university graduate
At least 10 year experience of various functions from being a technician, technical instructor, service and training managerial position in technical institution, automotive dealership and/or construction industry.
Exposure to CAT dealership working environment is an advantage
Good at curriculum development
Excellent English skills and communication
A positive attitude in dealing with people
Good leadership and presentation skills
