Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of project requirements and the documentation requirements to produce and maintain high-quality documentation.
To plan, write, edit, and revise technical information and documents, including user guides, general overviews, configuration/installation instructions, tutorials, test plans, product specifications, and API documentation, etc.
Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
Organize and produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineer or a related technical field
At least 02 years of technical writing experience in the Tech industry
Proficient in English in both written and oral communication
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
Strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
Nice to have:
Experience with Scrum Agile software engineering process.
Technical knowledge including APIs, Microservice architecture, Design pattern, etc., and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Effective use of MS Office and Markdown
