Job descriptions:
• Create and develop pattern papers for all styles and sizes
• Skilled pattern making and grading for all footwear types
• Design and develop new patterns using CAD software
• Create and modify technical illustrations using Adobe Illustrator
• Oversee last development and modifications
• Supervise factory pattern makers and provide technical guidance
• Maintain digital pattern and last libraries
• Verify grading accuracy across all sizes
• Create detailed technical specifications and documentation
• Manage tooling development and maintenance
• Provide technical support during production
• Troubleshoot technical and pattern-related issues
• Research and propose new pattern-making technologies
• Conduct fit trials and make necessary pattern adjustments
• Collaborate with QC department and merchandising team
• Support product development team
