Mô tả công việc
* Develop Technology:
- Lead of research and develop new technology activity for existing process or new process of new product come to mass production.
- Propose new technology for manufacturing process to improve automation ratio, VAVE, quality of process
- Design and purchase the prototype for new technology
- Define the machine specification is include detail manufacturing process with requirement for cycle time, process parameter, quality of product ...
- Monitor and review with machinery's supplier during purchase machine for mechanical design, electrical diagrams, software, machine fabrication and machine validation in supplier side.
* Process design:
- Coordinate with Industrialization team during installation qualification, operation qualification and parameter qualification of machines to ensure the timeline of project
- Coordinate with Industrialization team to design new tooling for new product come to mass production
- Provide technical advice and troubleshooting support during industrialization phase
- Contribute to the development of maintenance plan with Maintenance team.
* Improvement Project:
- Coordinate with production and maintenance team for Automation/Kaizen project
- Coordinate with purchasing team for in-house project

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering , Electronic , Electric, Automation, Information technology or other related fields..
- Have 1-2 years of experience in the similar position in manufacturing company
- Will be given priority if you have the basic knowledge about:
+ Vision Computer, Artificial Intelligence, MES system, Robotization
+ Programming language: Labview, C/C++ or Python, Design Machine, Design Process
- Capable of Teamwork and Collaboration
- Have Problem solving skill, organization and planning
- Have 1-2 years of experience in the similar position in manufacturing company
- Will be given priority if you have the basic knowledge about:
