Mô tả công việc
- Manage multiple technology projects from small initiatives and/or process improvement projects, up to Southeast Asia-wide regional implementations as part of Project Management capabilities
- Work with business functions across APAC to develop new IT strategies for proposal to APAC IT Management, and improve current APAC Field IT implementations
- Work with business functions across Southeast Asia to develop new IT solutions that address their ongoing functional needs and issues, via obtaining capital funding from Asia-Pacific (APAC) IT Management, and implement the solutions
- Evaluate the organization's business needs proactively (over-and-above in-flight projects) and determine how IT can support those needs leveraging software, hardware, or infrastructure.
- Lead and coordinate root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring incidents and problems, and drive the implementation of permanent resolutions for the incidents, as part of Problem Management capabilities
- Lead periodic maintenance activities as part of IT Service Delivery
- Implementation of various endpoint IT changes, and fulfilling IT Change Tasks as part of Change Management and Release & Deployment capabilities
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and other business-facing test activities (e.g., Post Validation Testing, User Experience Testing) after implementation of IT Changes
- Continuously document technical documentation, job aids, troubleshooting guides, and other IT documents as part of Knowledge Management capabilities
- Maintain the accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) as part of Service Asset & Configuration Management capabilities
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong fundamental IT knowledge and well-rounded IT experience in varying levels of technology domains
- Strong knowledge on the adoption and implementation of IT Service Management / ITIL best practices (ITIL Intermediate Certification is an advantage, but not required)
- Intermediate knowledge and/or working experience on Project Management and Agile & DevOps methodologies (CAPM and/or PMP Certification an advantage, but not required)
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with varying levels of business users (from frontline staff to Executive level)
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently / with minimal supervision after transition period
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with balanced mindset of maintaining common business sense
