POSITION: TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT INTERN
- Work location: HCMC
- Working time: Monday - Friday
MAIN DUTIES:
1. Ticket Arrangement:
· Organize and manage support tickets within the system.
· Ensure timely resolution and follow-up on open tickets.
· Collaborate with the support team to prioritize and address issues.
2. Documentation:
· Assist in the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation.
· Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and stored appropriately.
· Support the team in creating user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
3. Support Tasks:
· Provide administrative and technical support to the EDS Manager.
· Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to E-commerce & local application.
· Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities.
4. General Support:
· Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Technology Department's objectives.

1. Education & Qualification:
Fresh graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Skills:
Basic understanding of ERP/SAP systems is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Able to read/write technical documents (SOP, Diagram) in English is preferred.
Experience in application/technical support is a plus.
