We are looking for candidates for the position of Airfreight Export Executive to join our team in Ha Noi.
RESPONSIBLES:
• Work according to the process:
- Handle shipment as per SOP, Handling Instructions.
- Receive booking from customer.
- Book with Airlines.
- Send confirmed booking to customer.
- Issue HBL/HAWB.
- Have Airline issued MBL/MAWB.
- Send pre-advice to Overseas Agent.
- Arrange trucking and warehouse requirements (if request).
- Monitor and confirm Departure/ Arrival of freight.
- Enter all charges and profit shares into the system.
- Close file, pass invoices and credit memos.
- Post information on system.
• Regular work with House Airway bill, Freight Cargo Receipt, Delivery Order, Manifest, Amend manifest.
• Accurately complete all activities relating to the document processing, system input & update of Export Air within set KPIs.
• Assist supplier and customer queries.
• Arrange collections.
• Contribute to development of team.
• Assure timely & accurately billing and costing as per company policy.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the National Airfreight Manager.
REQUIREMENT:
• University educational background
• Functional 2-years' experience in relevant working experience, knowledge of customs, preferably knowledge of airfreight industry and processes.
• Familiar with and well able to work within the import/export process.
• Know supplier conditions, delivery terms, Inco terms and
purchasing conditions.
• Know risks and insurance terms.
• Familiar with and able to work with the company's quality and environmental policies.
• Good knowledge of computer system, both import/export and invoicing.
• Knowledge of Customs tariff.
• Good communication skills.
• Financial awareness.
• Able to manage own working time effectively.
• Knowledge of service levels expected by clients - able to deliver them
• Language skills: English & Vietnamese Intermediate
• A sense of responsibility:
- Able to plan and organise a complex process from start to finish.
- Can take own initiatives and make decisions when necessary.
- Good sense of customer needs - is interested in finding the best solution for the customer.
