We are seeking a hands-on Temporary HR Manager to ensure continuity of HR operations and lead employer branding and recruitment efforts during an 8-month period. This role combines HR execution, recruitment planning, outreach to communities and universities, and the development of a freelancer network for the 2026-2027 school year. The Temp HRM will coordinate closely with internal teams to maintain operational discipline while driving recruitment and training milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Lead the recruitment planning and execution for the 2026-2027 school year, covering both full-time roles and freelancers.
Build and implement employer branding initiatives across digital platforms and offline channels.
Establish and strengthen relationships with universities, schools, organizations, and relevant communities to support talent pipelines.
Represent AsiaMotions in outreach, fairs, and recruitment-related events.
Freelancer Network Development
Develop a framework to attract, onboard, and nurture a sustainable freelancer pool for program delivery.
Map, engage, and expand connections with outdoor, tourism, education, and expatriate freelancer communities.
Maintain communication channels and touchpoints to enhance retention and engagement.
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee daily HR operations including contracts, compliance documents, HR records, and probation follow-ups.
Maintain and improve HR trackers, documentation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
Support ongoing performance, onboarding, and policy implementation based on existing systems.
Training & Development
Coordinate and support skill certifications, safety training, and program-related development sessions for internal staff and freelancers.
Liaise with trainers, vendors, and internal facilitators to ensure readiness for the upcoming school year.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of HR experience, including strong exposure to recruitment and community outreach.
Experience in employer branding, PR, marketing communication, or university engagement is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Vietnam labor law and HR operational processes.
Excellent communication in Vietnamese and English.
Highly organized, adaptable, and confident in managing diverse stakeholders and communities.
