Temporary Sales Support Executive (06 Months Contract)

Will be responsible for reefer tasks assigned by the Special Business Team Leader
I. SPECIAL CARGO
1. File rate for all trades (extend/ amend current S/Cs, create new ones for new accounts)
2. Contact with HQ to make sure contracts approved before booking released
3. Request HQ for additional DEM/DET & filing it in system
4. Confirm DEM/DET for customers
5. Check booking status for reefer shipments on all vessels in all trades to control bookings
6. Be in daily contact with sales support all trades to arrange bookings & balance bookings among services properly
7. Coordinate with Docs Team & Sales Support Team to make all reefer bills properly rated without mistake
8. Support Accounting Team to contact and push customer to pay for Non-invoice freight.
9. Apply rate for reefer & special shipments
10. Check auditing report and update rate on B/Ls for all trades
11. Update or amend rates as customers' requests
12. Prepare equipment forecast & send it to operation team
13. Coordinate with Sales Support for space request to SHQ/HQ
14. Retrieve data from system to make reports to Management/SHQ/HQ
15. Retrieve surcharges/ local charges of all trades in system & send them to customers upon request
16. Check competitors' website for updating local charges/ DEM/DET & report it to SHQ upon request
17. Handle long idling shipments
18. Contact with destination offices for returned shipment (if any)
II. TPS CARGO
1. Release reefer bookings
2. Send Notice to reefer customers when vessel has any change about port or routing.
3. Create shipper code & link with sale code for new customers, activate ID for new customers
4. Check booking status with customers 1 week before ETD to avoid last minute shortfall
5. Guide new customers how to make booking via web
6. Post IT system for Compass issue (Error, improvement suggestion, system logic...)
7. Check / reply mails from customers / overseas offices.
