Job Summary:

• Participate business growth by strategic bidding and progressive tender activities,

• Develop and co-ordinate internal and external processes, expectations and behaviors to drive the tender processes and tender bids to customers.

• Applies market plan and product-related strategy in the tender and tender process. Involved in our quality system (ISO) and following relevant related processes.

Responsibilities and duties

• Updated with the organization's marketing and sales activities.

• Works on the basis products and account related tender requirements

• Leads Tender Management and works together with sales in accordance to set-up framework;

• Involving in mapping of existing contracts as well as contracts in relevant market segments of competitors.

• Lead data collection, of relevant procurement-related BI data to Marketing teams and other commercial teams.

• Participate in customer negotiations with commercial organization and/or alone.

• Build and maintain KOL management, procurement and other key stakeholders participating in decision making

• Drive tender-related databases and tender tools

• Work closely with cross function to ensure that our overall features give us good competitive ability.

• Follow up procurement decision and communicates to commercial teams together with a short review on the tender outcome.

• Be responsible for contract administration, to ensure that agreements are appropriately signed by and filed according to the current process.
