Mô tả công việc
The purpose of this role is to support the Business Development Unit on pricing, coordinating, and communicating with a goal to increase customer satisfaction.
This would also include the candidate to offer proactive cross-selling into other BLA services in different phases as part of the customer retention process.
The Tender & Pricing Executive must be able to anticipate and address the customer's needs with a goal of complete satisfaction.
Commercial Support Role
- Support Key/ Major Accounts on pricing RFQs or sharing information for RFIs related to logistics,
marine agency and supplementary services.
- Responsible for cost accuracy, performs price analysis based on price competitiveness and
timeliness from vendors/ suppliers to maximize profit.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments within BLA network of offices & network agents to
obtain information and rates.
- Participates kick-off meetings relating to mobilizations, towing and project logistics.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with key accounts by managing customers' KPIs.
Administrative Role
- Updates and maintains a library of documents and quotes for future business needs.
- Ensures that billing instructions and relevant job confirmations (through POs & SOs) are received for
awarded jobs before handing over to Operations.
- Providing proactive customer outreach and identify on related opportunities to secure.
- Track Master Service Agreements' validities and calls out for renewal discussions.
- Work alongside with Business Development Team in developing the pricing action & setup for new
services/solutions for organic growth.
- Creating materials for bidding & marketing purposes
Vendor Management Role
- Identifies & introduces prospective vendors and negotiates tariff for recognized upcoming activities.
- Develops the relationships with existing vendors and establishes better performance standards.

Yêu cầu
- Minimum Diploma
- Must have minimum 3 years' experience related to pricing on freight forwarding, multi-modal and supply chain activities for the oil and gas sector.
- Should possess excellent communication
& negotiation skills.
- Need to be sharp & meticulous with
numerical data
- Possessing operations experience is an
added advantage.
