Job purpose:
This position's responsibilities are to identify opportunities, develop a territory-wide strategy for selling insurance, create sales goals, recruit and train sales force to sell insurance products within the assigned territory. This position's duties also include developing relationships with TPbank team including: Head of Business Units, Banca HO, BDM,...
This position is responsible for setting the overall goals and implementing sales strategies within your area and regularly meet with territory sales teams and monitor their progress
Major accountabilities:
Sales management duties
• Manage the daily sales activities and execution plan of sales units in alignment with partner in order to achieve the AFYP target for the territory.
• Review business processes and implement new initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Visit business units and meet the Bancas development manager (BDM), BU Head regular basis
• Build strong relationships with partners at regional sales management and branch levels with an aim to activate partners' business in a solid manner
• Recruit, manage and provide coaching and mentoring to the AD team and the sales force at request.
• Support Account Head in collecting market intelligence information to formulate strategies
Relationship management
• Build up close relationship at the bank Branch levels to ensure the business results are developed
• Build up good cooperation with internal departments and management
• Coordinate closely with the bank sales staff for all business related issues of the assigned business units
Training activities
o Be responsible of delivering sales and management skill in order to improve the quality and professionalism of AD or banking sales team
o Proactive in self-learning and improvement to meet up with job requirements, helping to improve personal productivity and effectiveness.
Sales Planning and Strategy
o Responsible for working with RM in preparing sales plan and activity calendar and ensure smooth execution
o Be agile and support 'Pilot' initiatives undertaken by the Bancassurance Department to explore new opportunities of business and help drive these initiatives to write business.
Team Development
• Regular coaching and development of AD in the assigned areas.

Yêu cầu
Education and experience:
• Bachelor Degree, majoring in Banking, Business Administration, Marketing....
• Preferably obtain some basic life insurance qualifications
• Dynamic personality with good ability to interact with different people and levels
• Systematic and structured to understand systems and processes
• Strong leadership
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to work hard and can work under minimum supervision
• At least 5 years in senior management position in bancassurance, life insurance or banking business
