• Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets for metrology products.
• Identify potential customers in automotive, aerospace, heavy engineering, and precision manufacturing sectors.
• Conduct product presentations, live demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable metrology solutions (CMM, PCMM, vision systems, laser trackers, etc.).
• Prepare and deliver competitive quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial offers.
• Collaborate with applications and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and after-sales support.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and drive repeat business.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events to promote products and brand awareness.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
• 3-7 years of experience in sales of metrology equipment, precision measurement systems, or industrial automation.
• Solid understanding of CMM, PCMM, and other dimensional metrology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and measurement applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
Preferred Experience
• Prior experience with leading metrology brands
• Established network of customers in target industries.
• Experience in both direct sales and channel partner/distributor management.
