Manufacturing Equipment maintenance
- Perform all aspects of Equipment maintenance activities/tasks to minimize downtime.
- Familiar with machine operating system and able to troubleshoot the manufacturing machines.
- Preventive maintenance is properly carried out and recorded.
- Equipment breakdown is properly repair and at the best available time.
- Make work improvement to reduce the downtime of critical machine.
- Control parameter of testing system
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of machine
- Calibration testing system
- Support monitoring
tester performance and analyzing recorded data to prevent failure during production
- Build the SOP, WI and document training
- NPI support: project leading, test machine buyoff, test process
Technical Learning & Sharing
- Through the daily activities, create the "One Point Lesson" and other SOP, WI.
- Support or conduct the Technical Training to improve the knowledge for other team members.
- Coach and qualify the newcomers.
Create complex electrical drawing can apply for using, publish and training to lower level
Cooperation and support
- Cooperate with quality engineers to improve testing methods, measurement instruments and solve customer complaints.
- Guide and train employees to fully understand the process requirements and track product processing in real time to ensure quality meets customer requirements.
- Fully understand the needs of the tasks assigned by the superiors, draft plans and strive to complete them on time, summarize the reports in case of any problems, and actively achieve the goals
- Develop high work standard which can publish and apply to work
6S and compliance
- Do the housekeeping and always keep the workplace clean.
- Follow and compliance with the Environment-Health-Safety requirements.
- Feedback the un-safe and security behaviour with other team members and contractors.
• Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Optics, Applied Physics, Material Science, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronic, and Optoelectronic Engineering, Optical Communication etc...
• Post-Graduate of Engineering in Optics, Applied Physics, Material Science, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronic, and Optoelectronic Engineering, Optical Communication etc... is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of related working experience with a bachelor's degree; experience in Optical manufacturing, Optomechanical system Design, Laser optical industry, Optical communication is a plus.
• Familiar with the characteristics, technical difficulties and applications of the key product in optical, optical physics and laser related areas.
• Ability to comprehensively analyze and solve problems, with innovative ideas and strong sense of teamwork.
• Very experienced professional with a full understanding of multiple Area a of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
