Participate in the software product quality testing process, ensuring that the product fully meets technical requirements and quality standards.
Analyze technical requirements, design test cases, test scripts, perform functional testing, performance testing, security testing, compatibility testing.
Prepare test reports, analyze errors, monitor the error correction process and ensure product quality after error correction.
Participate in testing process improvement activities, improve testing efficiency.
Work in teams, coordinate with team members to complete common goals.
Process
2 interview rounds:
Round 1: Offline interview, check Japanese and test/QA experience
Round 2: Online interview with Japanese CEO
Yêu cầu
At least 3 years of experience working as a Tester/QA
Experienced in testing: Web, DB, API.
Japanese N2 or higher
Understanding of software testing such as testing phases (unit test, Integration test, Functional test, System test, Acceptance test...) and testing techniques
Ability to create related documents such as (test plan, test cases, test procedures, test script, test reports)
Ability to test using SQL query statements, experience working with databases
Ability to read, understand and confirm project specifications
Experience using test tools for testing activities
Ability to self-study and research new systems.
Ability to work under pressure and keep deadlines.

Range: 20M - 35M gross, 13 months salary + performance bonus (Depending on the year)
