I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Actively and independently develop executive-level relationships and grow a profitable client portfolio through lead generation, qualification, consultation, negotiation, and closing.
• Be accountable for handling the full end-to-end sales cycle, from pre-sales to post-sales processes, including customer visits, presentations, tenders, quotations, proposals, delivery, and invoicing in a timely manner.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and timely sales data, pipeline status, and client communications using the company's CRM system.
• Prepare sales analysis and reporting.
• Propose sales strategies to improve sales performance in the assigned market.
• Participate in the planning, formulation, coordination, and execution of sales and marketing activities.
• Work closely with technical lab managers and technicians to understand client needs and design customized testing programs (e.g., product compliance, material verification, regulatory testing).
• Serve as an industry expert in your assigned sector (e.g., Apparel, Textiles, Footwear, Toys), understanding relevant standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO, CPSC, SATRA, EN).
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
• Bachelor degree holder. Major in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field is preferred
• Senior Testing Sales: 3-5 years' experience, ideally within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry, or working in manufacturing industry.
• Junior Testing Sales: 1-2 years' experience, ideally within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry, or working in manufacturing industry.
• Candidates with a background in
Lab Technician or R&D are also welcome to transition into Sales role.
• Solid understanding of laboratory operations, and industry compliance standards is a plus
• Strong track record of success in B2B sales, successfully closing big deal size. Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
• Good in English or Mandarin Chinese is preferable.
