* Purpose of the position
- To set up market and drive sales revenue / volume by opening capable Wholesalers and new outlets to increase product coverage and availability following market expansion strategy.
- To supervise Wholesaler's operations and directly build a strong network of outlets in the assigned areas to achieve Revenues and Profitability KPIs.
- To manage and influence operations of Wholesalers' Sales Rep team to ensure market activation align with company's strategy and deliver excellent performance.
- Ensure sales operational efficiency.
- Build relationship, ensure operational efficiency.
* Key Accountabilities:
- Open capable Wholesaler to grow product distribution following market expansion strategy
Manage Customer Business and Satisfaction.
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly meeting.
- Execute Business plan and achieve KPI.
- Keep update of Market & competitors' activities.
* Manage Inventory & POSM.
- Manage Profitability of Wholesaler.
- Build and supervise Outlet network under the Wholesalers in the assigned area.
- Manage and achieve KPIs of New Product launch KPIs within the assigned area.
- Manage and achieve KPIs of trade activation within the assigned area.
- Prepare and do presentation to Wholesaler and outlets.
- Manage Sales budgeting, execution planning & reporting
* Manage Credit:
- Payment & incentives to Wholesaler.
- Collection & DME rebate.
Yêu cầu
- University degree in relevant field.
- Proven experience in FMCG industry. At least 3+ years experience in similar position, in charge of GT channels.
- Possess a strong network in beverages and in FMCG distribution.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in opening and managing Wholesalers.
- Knowledge of beverages market and strong execution of outlet expansion strategy.
- Product portfolio and pricing management vs competitors.
- Training & developing subordinates - people management & leadership skills.
- Strong teamwork and be able to thrive in multi-functional working environments.
