JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin to support our HR team in driving employer branding initiatives, managing recruitment databases, and liaising with external vendors (e.g., headhunters, job posting agencies). The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be proficient in Google Workspace (including Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc.), and have a passion for recruitment and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employer Branding 🏢📣
Assist in developing and implementing employer branding strategies to promote the company as an attractive employer.
Coordinate content creation for social media, job boards, and recruitment campaigns.
Monitor and maintain the company's career page and other recruitment channels to ensure up-to-date and engaging content.
Collaborate with marketing teams for alignment of branding messages.
2. Recruitment Support & Database Management 📊📅
Maintain and update recruitment databases (Google Sheets, ATS, etc.) to ensure accurate tracking of candidates, job openings, and recruitment stages.
Track candidate pipeline, ensuring that data is consistently updated, organized, and accessible to HR team members.
Coordinate interview schedules using Google Calendar, ensuring efficient communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Assist with initial candidate screening and follow-up communications, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback.
3. Vendor Management 🤝🔗
Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors, including recruitment agencies (headhunters), job posting platforms, and other third-party service providers.
Negotiate and manage contracts with external recruitment vendors, ensuring adherence to company standards and budget.
Ensure smooth communication with vendors, including providing necessary recruitment materials, interview schedules, and feedback.
4. General HR Administration 📑🗂️
Support other HR-related administrative tasks as needed, including onboarding and employee record management.
Assist in preparing recruitment-related reports and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and HR best practices.
Make in-advanced money & refund money about flight tickets for newhires before & after onboarding.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Qualifications:
Education 🎓: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience 🧳: 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment support, or a similar role.
Technical Proficiency 💻: Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Drive, Docs) and other HR tools or software (ATS, job boards, etc.).
Communication 🗣️: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to interact professionally with candidates, vendors, and internal teams.
Attention to Detail 🧐: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in managing data and scheduling.
Employer Branding 🌟: Basic understanding of employer branding strategies or experience working with marketing teams to promote company culture is preferred.
Expected onboarding: immediately/ASAP
