JOB DESCRIPTION
·
Directly operate and monitor production
equipment and systems to ensure safe and stable operation.
·
Participate in equipment installation, trial
operation, commissioning, and initial production start-up.
·
Monitor production processes and operating
conditions, identify operational issues, and take appropriate action.
·
Develop and manage work standards, SOPs,
operating procedures, and inspection check sheets.
·
Manage and update technical drawings, equipment
documents, and equipment change history.
·
Provide on-the-job training (OJT) and guide
operators on equipment operation and work procedures.
·
Participate in problem-solving and process
improvement activities to improve operational efficiency and stability.
·
Perform other duties as assigned by the
manager.
REQUIREMENTS
·
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical
Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
·
Basic knowledge of equipment operation and
production processes.
·
Good problem-solving and teamwork skills;
willing to learn and participate in OJT training.
·
TOEIC score of 600 or equivalent; Korean language
skills are a plus.
·
No prior work experience required; fresh
graduates are welcome to apply.
