JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create a tour program to meet clients' expectations and satisfy clients' demands according to Easia standards.
- Do the proper follow-up on every request sent to clients.
- To be an expert on the destination by learning about Easia's products.
- To promote Easia's new product to clients & regularly remind them about Easia's latest production.
- Update and advise on information related to destinations to clients.
- Monthly basic report & analysis of the conversion rate of each client.
- Update clients' profiles on customer software & share information with other departments & ensure information security.
- To take part in annual strategic works of the team & be in charge of setting sales targets of assigned clients (with the mentoring of the Sales Team Leader).
- Work closely with the Operation Department to solve problems on the spot and reply to clients' complaints (with the mentoring of the Sales Team Leader).
- To be in charge of the annual process of renewing client products (with the mentoring of the Sales Team Leader).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University: Bachelor's or Master's in Hotel / Tourism / Foreign Languages / Management or related majors.
- Fluent in French & English language
- Solid understanding of sales processes
- Good knowledge of client: Production spirit & requirements & clients' expectations
- Capacity to convince/close a deal
- Good knowledge of the destination
- Evaluate the situation with each client
- Good analytical problem-solving skills and strong skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
- Characteristics: pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active, and decisive
