Thailand - Bangkok - Senior Production Executive

Job title: Senior Production Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

Research, create, and launch new products and update current products

Research and analyze current products, customers' needs, trends of tourism products, competitors' websites and products
Develop new products in Thailand (GIT / SIC / Series and FIT, Exclusive, Active), thematic tour program (family tours, honeymoon tours, etc.), multi-country and combination tours
Coordinate with the Quality Department to conduct regular product evaluations (in-the-field inspections and reviews of feedback) to review current products

Support and report the information to the Product Manager

Support the Product Manager in providing information and training for the Operation, Sales, and Marketing Department on new products and updated products
Inform and suggest the creation of new products to the Product Manager
Inform and suggest updates or remove current products based on an analysis of quality control reports and report this to the Product Manager

Support the Sales Department

Give sales staff advice when they have special requests and difficult requests from clients
Support the sales staff with tools for selling products more effectively (training about unique selling points of products)

Coordinate with the Operation Department on tour itineraries

Coordinate with the Operation Department to build and verify the logistic of tours, products and programs
Recommend the alternative tour options when needed
Coordinate with tour guides and tour operators to create the most suitable itinerary proposed to clients

Support the Marketing Department

Update all the factsheets and provide pictures for new products and send them to the Marketing Department to upload on the Agent Hub

Yearly Production and tariffs

Work closely with the Sales team to advise on itineraries for yearly productions of key clients and make sure all relevant information is available
Help the sales team with the preparation of yearly tariffs for key clients

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Thai national, fluent in English language
Bachelor's or Master's in Hotel / Tourism / Foreign languages or other related fields
Good knowledge of the Tourism field, Hotel and Tourism Management
Creative, dynamic, good knowledge about products and destinations in Thailand
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Able to work independently
Good presentation skills
Good communication skills
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
Characteristics: pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active and decisive
