Thermal Control Engineer (Kỹ Sư Kiểm Soát Nhiệt)

I. Technical management
1. Supervise and review, organize the implementation of the company's thermal control technology supervision and management system, technical specifications, maintenance procedures and related management systems of thermal engineering specialty, and improve the management level of thermal control equipment. Escrow the work related to safety protection supervision of industrial control system.
2. Organize the compilation and implementation of the company's annual technical supervision and countermeasures plan for thermal control specialty, inspect, and supervise the implementation of the work, and make the work of thermal control specialty start in an orderly manner.
3. Organize to analyze and deal with important thermal control equipment or technical problems in production and ensure that the problems are solved in time. Assist to hold a meeting for solving difficulties, which focus on equipment technology and measurement of thermal engineering specialty (report major problems to leaders in time).
4. Before the 5th of each month, the statistical table of "Three Rates" and the summary of technical supervision shall be submitted for review.
5. Actively cooperate with relevant departments to promote the application of advanced technology, carry out technological innovation and rationalization proposals, and strive to reduce energy consumption; Be responsible for reviewing and identifying the feasibility of rationalization proposals for thermal engineering.
6. Organize the production technical data and test data of the professional equipment, including important technical requirements, configuration logic and protection setting values, etc., so that the data are complete and well documented.
7. Review the equipment change report, timely organize the change of the changed drawings and release them on time.
8. Regularly organize the revision of professional maintenance procedures, management systems and emergency plans.
9. Organize the establishment and improvement of technical management files; Regularly supervise and organize the verification and accounting of thermal control protection settings, and timely approve and issue settings modification sheets and notices according to actual conditions.
II. Operation management
1. According to the operation of professional equipment, issue operation guidance.
2. Go deep into the site, keep abreast of the equipment status and existing defects, report the found equipment defects to the leaders in time, notify and urge them to eliminate the defects in time, and organize and formulate relevant technical measures in time when necessary;
3. Supervise and inspect the operation and professionals to fill in the closed loop in time for the protection and mandatory records.
4. Regularly check and supervise the revision of operation procedures related to thermal control, and supervise the implementation.
III. Maintenance management
1. Review the annual maintenance plan, rolling maintenance plan and maintenance management methods of thermal control specialty, so that the work can be carried out in an orderly manner.
2. Review the annual maintenance budget, control the maintenance cost and control the cost.
3. Divide the jurisdiction scope and division of responsibilities of thermal maintenance equipment, and regularly organize the evaluation of equipment grades.
4. Supervise and inspect the equipment maintenance work to ensure the benign operation of the equipment.
5. Responsible for reviewing and analyzing the work reports and records of thermal engineering specialty and establishing and improving the technical account and equipment defect account of thermal engineering specialty.
6. Supervise and guide the maintenance of thermal control equipment, organize the preparation of major and minor repair plans and change plans for thermal professional equipment, be responsible for the feasibility study of changing the project, organize the design scheme, formulate technical measures for important projects, audit the main materials, equipment and quantities of the project, supervise the progress of the project, check the quality of the project, participate in the audit of project acceptance and completion data, and conduct engineering economic analysis and engineering summary.
7. Monitor and accept the outsourcing work of thermal control maintenance to ensure the quality, safety and construction period.
IV. Technical transformation management
1.Organize the compilation, review and implementation of the annual scientific and technological transformation project plan of thermal control specialty to ensure the timely, economical and effective project.
2.Organize the preparation and review of the technical and technological transformation project scheme, feasibility study report, budget and benefit analysis report of thermal control specialty to ensure feasibility and economy.
3.Organize the preparation and review of procurement technical documents of thermal control professional science and technology and technical transformation projects to ensure the timely implementation of the projects;
4.Review the bidding and purchasing work of thermal control professional science and technology and technical transformation projects to ensure compliance and effectiveness;
5.Organize the implementation of scientific and technological transformation projects to ensure that the expected goals are achieved;
6.Organize the preparation and review of the completion report and post-evaluation report after the implementation of technical transformation and science and technology projects, complete the acceptance settlement and consolidation work, and ensure the closed-loop management of the project.
V. Safety management
1. Examine and approve, supervise the implementation of professional safety technical measures and anti-accident measures, and urge the implementation of anti-accident measures plans and schemes. Improve the safety and reliability of equipment.
2. Organize and guide the analysis of dangerous points in the process of overhaul, maintenance and operation of thermal control equipment, formulate and implement precontrol measures to prevent accidents.
3. Organize safety inspection, eliminate potential safety hazards of thermal control specialty, and achieve the goal of "zero violation, zero defect and zero accident".
4. Supervise and organize the safety disclosure of outsourced projects, so as to achieve full and thorough results.
5. Participate in the professional and related accident investigation and analysis meeting, guide and review the anti-accident measures and countermeasures formulated by the operating company. Conduct accident investigation and analysis, put forward suggestions for improvement and modification, and put an end to accidents.
VI. Cost and material management
1.Examine and approve the procurement plan of all kinds of materials, spare parts and spare parts for thermal control to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
2.Check the spare parts management of thermal control specialty, review the drawings of important spare parts and participate in the acceptance of important spare parts. Review the ordering of the material supply department and the requisition of the maintenance department.
3.Supervise and inspect the management of measurement standards and spare parts management of thermal equipment and measuring instruments.
4.Examining and approving technical requirements documents such as technical standards and technical agreements for purchasing important spare parts.
5.Check and guide the thermal control material reserve, strengthen the library?, and ensure the reasonable inventory.
6.Examine and approve the outsourcing processing of thermal control spare parts, repair the old equipment and spare parts, and reduce the cost.
7.Review and identify thermal control waste materials and make full use of materials.
VII.Thermal control measurement management
1.Supervise and organize the periodic verification of thermal control measuring instruments and the inspection of standard measuring instruments to ensure the correct transmission of superior values;
2.Organize all majors to prepare annual maintenance plan and weekly inspection plan of measuring instruments and supervise their implementation, and be responsible for regular spot checks of thermal instruments, chemical instruments, commonly used standard instruments and precision instruments;
3.Formulate and supervise the implementation of management rules and measures for maintenance, operation and defect elimination of thermal control instruments and control devices, and standardize equipment operation management.
VIII. Others
1.Participate in the coordination and communication between the company and the outside on professional-related matters;
2.Complete other tasks assigned by the leaders.
