[LALAMOVE] HIRING ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT INTERN
Lalamove are looking for a high energy, quick thinking individual to achieve business targets by creating and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities
Take care of potential lists of customers/clients ensuring weekly/monthly growth.
Build up/ Nourish relationships while learning customer needs and behaviors/insights. Creating new offers and executing regular campaigns to drive sales revenue.
Be a contact point to solve client's issues and deliver excellent experience to clients
Detect partnership opportunities to increase revenue from existing clients by up-sell and cross-sell activities
Acquire new clients and convert them to Lalamove's clients
Report to Line Manager and be in charge of sales admin tasks
What We Seek
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately to potential users
Strong sales skills to get our potential client to use our service. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Communication & Negotiation Skills
Good sense of numbers; acceptable data analysis and visualization skills (Excel, Tableau)
