JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Relabeling:
Manage the local relabeling activities. Ensure the local suppliers refer to the latest version of the relabeling work instructions
2. Product complaint:
Act as local complaint coordinator to handle product complaints. Work with distributors to forward complaint samples to plant within 30 days from complaint report (provide contact detail, provide shipping information, prepare shipping documents, register tracking number onto system, notify plant on sample retrieval, follow-up with distributors to send sample on time...)
Follow up on replacing/reimbursing complaint samples for customers (provide SIA, archive proof of replacement, monthly reconcile with supplier's credit note)
3. Field Action:
Follow up with distributor/sales team on proof of FA communication
Monthly reconcile proof of FA communication against the customer list until completion
4. Transportation Damage:
Register transportation damage in system, coordinate with regional team and plant to complete investigation
REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate students
Good English communication
Hardworking and highly accountable
Highly meticulous and detail-oriented
