1. Role Description:
Analyze and interpret complex biological datasets, including single-cell transcriptomics, spatial transcriptomics, proteomics, and other multi-omics data.
Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams to define analytical objectives, develop hypotheses, and validate findings.
Develop clear and impactful visualizations and reports to communicate insights and support scientific decision-making.
Ensure data quality, reproducibility, and robust documentation of analytical workflows and methodologies.
Contribute to the development and optimization of data analysis pipelines and best practices.
2. Requirements:
Strong understanding of molecular and cellular biology, experimental design, and biological data interpretation.
Proficiency in Python/R for data processing, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
Experience working with high-dimensional biological datasets, particularly omics data, is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Adequate written and reading English skills for scientific work; good communication skill in English is preferred.
