01 Digital Ads Specialist
to join our
Sales E-commerce Team
!
💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and optimize
Shopee Ads & TikTok Shop Ads
, including Search Ads, Discovery Ads, Shop Ads, Product Shopping Ads, Video Shopping Ads, and other relevant ad formats.
• Monitor advertising performance by
SKU, campaign, keyword, creative, and audience segment
.
• Plan, allocate, and optimize advertising budgets based on
Revenue, ROAS/ROI, ACOS
, and campaign objectives.
• Execute and optimize
Off-platform Ads
across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
• Monitor traffic and conversion performance from different channels and optimize based on
Conversion Rate, CAC, ROAS, and Revenue
.
• Design and execute
A/B testing
across campaigns, audiences, products, creatives, landing pages, and other relevant variables.
• Develop and optimize advertising budgets for
key sales days, major campaigns, hero products, and different business periods
.
Track market trends, competitors, and advertising trends on Shopee and TikTok Shop to identify new growth opportunities.
• Analyze data and prepare regular
performance and advertising reports
, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Proactively identify issues affecting advertising performance and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.
🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor's/College degree in
Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business
, or related fields.
•
2-3 years of experience in Digital Ads/Performance Marketing
, preferably within E-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with
Shopee Ads and TikTok Shop Ads
.
• Experience in
healthcare, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or FMCG
is a strong advantage, especially with an understanding of advertising approval requirements and sensitive-category policies.
• Strong understanding of how
On-platform and Off-platform Ads
work together to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.
• Strong
performance-driven mindset
, with a focus on advertising efficiency and business results.
Good budget planning, pacing, and optimization skills.
• Proficient in
Excel/Google Sheets
; experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for numbers.
• Proactive, curious, and passionate about
testing, learning, and continuous optimization
.
