JOB DESCRIPTION
· Uploading and updating our social media content
and videos
· Assisting with design work, and supporting
office operations
· Covering administrative tasks while the
outreach team is away, providing decision support in the office, and editing
videos.
· Additionally, responsibilities will include
amending contracts, sending out thank-you letters, and conducting research to
target clients effectively.
· Social media tasks will involve joining
different marketplaces to reach expat parents, introducing shout-outs by our
judges, and ensuring daily uploads.
· Furthermore, the role will entail maintaining
contact with clients through after-sales CRM."
REQUIREMENTS
· Familiar to MS Office
application
· Hardworking - Pay attention
to details - Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
· Detailed-orientate with
strong administration skills.
· Comfortable with social
media
· Have some experience with
PhotoShop, illustrator and PowerPoint
. Good communication skills,
both written and verbal in English and Vietnamese
