JOB DESCRIPTION
- Project management, including
translation quality assurance and some DTP (desktop publishing) tasks;
- Quality management and
development;
- Vendor management, including
sourcing and hiring, and communication via phone and email;
- Receive and process translation
orders from the sales department;
- Work with the translation department,
translators, editors, and other related supporting works;
- Support sales staff to analyze
translation projects, analyze customer requirements;
- Translate sample document;
- Coordinate with the sales
department to answer questions and complaints of customers related to the
quality of the projects they manage;
- Support foreign market
translation, work with foreign customers and overseas translation team;
- Other preparation tasks upon
assigned by Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENTS

University graduate, majoring in Linguistics is an advantage;

Candidates have the mindset and ability to work with
language;

Can use English for reading and writing, proficient in
Microsoft Office;

Responsibility at work, careful, detailed;

Candidates have no experience will be trained by the

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive requirement about translation, notarization,
consular legalization, etc.
- Support Line Managers in monitoring, controlling
and accelerating order progress to meet customer delivery schedules
- Manage and store records,
documents, and papers related to orders and clients
- Coordinate with the Translation
Coordinator to hand over completed documents to customers by technology
delivery, express delivery or direct delivery at the office
- Support recording client needs and feedback
- Coordinate with relevant
departments to provide timely support when customers need to adjust or edit
translations or notarizations
- Other preparation tasks upon
assigned by Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS

- Candidate must be
service-oriented, result-driven, and willing to handle challenging and tough
assignments and workload
- Flexibility, proactive,
resourcefulness, and enterprising characteristics
- Have a good command of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Seniors or fresh graduates with
Economics/English Linguistics and Literature/Business Management
background and majoring related.
