JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for supporting internal communications and employer branding as well as supporting organizing the company events:
Support and execute employee communications campaign, activity... that supports the building of corporate culture, employer branding, and employee engagement.
Support draft communications content and materials (email blast, printed comms) for internal featuring business activities of all BUs and brands, people highlights, community initiatives, employee engagement activities, leadership messages... that serve the best interest of the company, employees and are consistent with overall communications narratives.
Support contemporary communication tools, channels, platforms including but not limited to, email comms, video news, inhouse publications, and physical communications.
Support employee engagement survey project
Support control operations of CRV intranet Workplace (launch post, manage members, proceed payment...)
Support to connect with Corporate Affairs, PR/CSR/CRV teams when necessary to build relationships with external parties and ensure consistency in the overall communications plan.
Employer Branding & Communications
Support in coordinating with relevant stakeholders (Department Heads, HRSS, HRBP, L&D, Talent Acquisition,...).
Support logistics and manage the local distribution of all branding collaterals (corporate notebooks, corporate wear, corporate gifts...).
Events
Support bi-yearly Town Hall, Meetings, employee celebrations, seasonal events, Community days (charity), ETC.
HRSS
Administer, collect, ensure accuracy of and process all required compliance and employer documents
Collect OT time records, SHUI, PIT
Compilation of contracts of employment, new starter information and associated on-boarding procedures and queries from new hires
REQUIREMENTS
Functional skills:
Good interpersonal skills
Good artistry mindset and creativity
Good command of both Vietnamese and English
Event management
Other skills:
Multi-tasking oriented
Detail-oriented
Good design skills, video clip editing skills is a plus
