JOB DESCRIPTION
The role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Employee Engagement Intern (HR) to join our team and provide invaluable support to our HR department. Your role will involve performing a variety of HR functions, including supporting internal communication, internal events, operation administrative and employer branding tasks.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in HR operations and gain insight into our company's mission and vision.
What you'll be doing:
Employee Engagement (70%)
Participate in planning and organizing employee events including but not limited to Happy Hour, Internal Sharing, Internal Training and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) events.
Design internal content and create materials for internal communication (video, image, docs..)
Employer Branding (10%)
Create and manage content on Fanpage and Tiktok Channel to increase company brand visibility
Others (20%)
Support other HR daily operations (administration tasks, documents and files...)
REQUIREMENTS
Organizational skills and able to do multitasking
Hard working with "can-do" attitude
Vietnamese with English proficiency
Discretion and trustworthiness
Good oral and written communication skills
Able to use social media platform and edit short video;
Able to use some basic editing tools like Canva, Capcut...
Can work part-time at least 28 hours per week or full time from Mon - Fri
